'This video is a little different from the hair and makeup videos that I usually post. However, this video is about my fitness journey. On January 16, 2017 I decided to go on a journey where I would workout everyday for 100 days straight. I was inspired by a video I saw on Facebook and I decided to give it a try. It was not always easy and I wanted to stop but I pushed myself to keep going. I took videos and pictures along the way and put it together into this video. On April 25 I reached my goal and completed my 100th straight workout. I understand I could have lost more weight if I were more strict with my diet, but I\'m still happy with my results. Without the help of my trainers, encouragement from my friends and family, and talks with God while trying to catch my breath; I would not have made it this far.   Follow me on social media!
